Halloween is one of America's favorite holidays. This project was designed to be flexible and reusable for other holidays. The circuit is triggered by a Passive Infrared detector to set off a series of bright LED's to resemble a lightning bolt, or other LED props. Add your sound chip and your recorded sound effect will also be triggered.
