Author: MagicBill (htmagic@comcast.net) This kit is not for amateurs. I built this kit and one has to be careful about solder bridges with the close traces. Once assembled, it provides a spooky addition to your Halloween props. One will have to have some ingenuity in mounting the skull on a rod so the jaw is free. Hiding the electronics in a box below the skull may also be a good idea.
Because of the plastic gears used in the servo, one can hear the sound and realize that it is mechanical. Mounting the servo outside the skull and using a push rod assembly is beyond the scope of this kit.
The skull looks realistic but requires modification to fit the servo. Cutting and drilling is required.
If you have a spook house, this would be a great addition to it. This is something you definitely won't see in Wal-Mart or the other Halloween stores. Pick one up today and scare the pants off your buddies!
