Shipping
For your convenience, T & L Publications Online Webstore offers three shipping options: USPS, UPS, and international shipping. Unless you specify otherwise, orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Some packages require multiple shipments. If you require additional information, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Returns/Refunds
* Books - must be returned to Nuts & Volts Magazine within 30 days of delivery date for a refund or exchange. A refund or exchange can only be given if the book is in resellable condition. Please contact us ASAP if you receive a damaged product upon delivery.
* CD-ROMs - all sales are final. If a CD-ROM is defective it can only be exchanged for the same CD version.
* Back Issues - all sales are final.
All other products can be returned to Nuts & Volts Magazine within 30 days for a refund or exchange if the product is unused.
